Submitting this form does not confirm a place and does not charge you. The facilitators review each application. Approved applicants receive next steps and a payment link separately, and a place is confirmed only once payment is complete.

Early-bird pricing runs through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central. A complete application submitted by the deadline keeps the early-bird amount if you are approved and pay within 48 hours after approval.

  • Saturday Immersion · November 7 · day admission · $222 early-bird, regular $333
Lodging optional · weekend guests only

Lodging is a flat $111 add-on for the weekend, separate from admission. It covers Friday and Saturday nights and is limited. Choosing an option is a nonbinding interest; availability is confirmed with you before payment. Saturday Immersion does not include lodging.
